It's so nice to see customer service still exists! Communication, was simple and easy! The bikes showed up at our home as promised, with a call before to let us know! Bikes were top of the line RAD, he even had a bottle of water on the bike! Great experience, beginning to end, so convenient!!! I live out of state, but my daughter lives in California almost every time I come we rent bikes from Toi and he delivers straight to our house, so accommodating, so nice and always very fair if there’s any kind of mixup or what have you, highly recommend.
