Delivery Service
We firmly believe this is one of our strongest qualities when compared to other bike shops. VIP delivery directly to you in our Mercedes Sprinter Van. We deliver to residence, airbnb, hotels, business, beaches, parks and trails or a location of your choice.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a refund, less a 20% booking fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled for another available date for a $40 delivery fee. No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
E-Bike Rental Requirements
Renters must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid government-issued ID. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. All riders must be at least 4'11" tall and able to safely operate the e-bike.
